Industry Events & Workshops

Join us at upcoming finance automation events across South Korea. We host quarterly workshops where CFOs and finance managers share real experiences with invoice automation—what worked, what didn't, and how they convinced their teams to change old habits.

What's Coming Up

Our events aren't sales pitches. People actually ask hard questions, and we answer them honestly. Sometimes the answer is "our system might not be the best fit for that." Which is fine—these gatherings help everyone learn.

Finance Automation Roundtable

January 2025 - Seoul

We hosted 28 finance managers from companies ranging from 50 to 500 employees. The most interesting part? The small company CFOs had actually automated more processes than the larger ones. Turns out bureaucracy slows things down.

Two attendees swapped phone numbers and started a monthly peer group. That wasn't planned, but it's probably the best thing that came out of the event.

Implementation Stories

November 2024 - Daegu

Four companies shared their invoice automation implementations. One took three months, another took eleven. The difference? How much they involved the AP team from day one.

Someone asked if automation would cut jobs. The panel was refreshingly honest—yes, it changes roles. But most companies redeployed people to analysis work rather than laying them off.

What Attendees Say

Portrait of Evren Bakır

"I went expecting a product demo. Instead, I got a realistic conversation about what automation can and can't do. Saved me from making an expensive mistake with another vendor."

"The workshop format let me actually test the system with our invoices. Found a quirk with how it handles Korean tax documents—they fixed it two weeks later."
